RugbyFest 2026

RugbyFest is back — and this year it lands earlier than usual.

We've moved it to September so our players can carry the momentum straight into tour season. The Bledisloe Cup Community XV heads to Auckland in October. The Pan Pacific Masters Games hits the Gold Coast in November. RugbyFest 2026 is where it all kicks off.

A full day of touch and full-contact rugby, food, drink, music, and the kind of post-match that reminds you why you never really stopped loving this game.

Open to all over-35 players (Registered on Rugby Explorer) and supporters — men and women welcome.

Anyone not a member of the teams below will be included in the sides to play on the day without hesitation,all welcome & encouraged to join in.

Touch rugby from 11am. Masters match to follow kicking off at 12.00pm. Stick around for the rest.
